The project aims to introduce and apply the latest cooling and heating systems to the Abdali Project, which are environmentally friendly compared with traditional systems, throughout cutting down on energy and water consumption by establishing a modern central cooling and heating plant in line with the modern face of the Abdali Project that aims to provide a modern lifestyle for its users.

The systems have been designed in an environment-friendly manner throughout using modernized and improved cooling systems that save water and electricity. The systems also have thermal power storage systems that assist in cutting down the electricity consumption in peak times, along with power consumption systems that store thermal energy which is utilized at night when the temperature is cooler than during day time.

The overall energy consumption upon the completion of phase one and two of the project will reach 50,000 Tons of Refrigeration for cooling and 101,000 kW for heating.
